Our return policy provides you with a period of 30 days, starting from the date of receipt, to request a return of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it was when you received it, with all tags attached and unused. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Return shipping costs 
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective or we shipped the wrong product, you may be asked to cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid label and deduct the return postage from your refund, or you may choose your own shipping method. Passing on return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns allows us to avoid inflating product prices and offer better everyday pricing to all customers.

Damages and issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it (following the steps above) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is delivered into the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. During this period you may examine the goods as you would in a store. You must return the item in a condition fit for resale, and we recommend using the original packaging if available (any secure packaging is acceptable). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we failed to inform you about the return‑shipping obligation before purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request or upon receiving the returned item (or proof of shipment), whichever is earlier.
